Overview
I'm known among my friends as someone who, if not breathing in the fresh mountain air, is exploring the wonders beneath the sea. The generosity of nature surrounding us in the Alpes-Maritimes gives us endless inspiration. It feels completely natural for me to offer activities both in the mountains and along the Mediterranean coast.
Since 2002, I have been competing with the Nice-based club where freediving (diving without an air tank) became recognized as a sport and where world champions train. I am a licensed instructor in freediving, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding, and I can introduce you to any of these activities, tailoring the experience to your level. Or, if you prefer, I can simply guide you to the most beautiful beaches for relaxing and sunbathing!
All necessary equipment will be provided: 2 paddleboards, wetsuits, snorkeling masks. If the group wishes to try freediving, we can organize a boat trip from Nice or Villefranche. Otherwise, those who wish can experience the freediving from the shore.
All activities take place in the beautiful bay of Villefranche, where calm waters and stunning scenery make for a perfect day on the water. Share your plans with me, and I'll help you bring them to life.

The day, stop by stop
Your Day on the Water
Spend half a day discovering the most scenic spots along the coast between Nice and Èze, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, and Beaulieu. The other half enjoying one or more water activities. The day will be entirely customized to your wishes. If you prefer, the itinerary can focus entirely on water sports without the villages tour.

- Private, air-conditioned Mercedes van for your party only

Best season
May to October. The sea is warmest in August and September.
Level required
None. Everything is adapted to you, including for complete beginners and non-swimmers on the paddleboards.
Equipment
Two paddleboards, wetsuits and snorkeling masks are included. Bring a towel and sunscreen.
If the sea is rough
We move to a sheltered cove, or switch the day to the villages and beaches. Safety first, always.

Questions guests ask before booking
Where do we start, and at what time?
We pick you up at your hotel, villa or the cruise terminal. Departure is usually between 8:30 and 9:30 - earlier to beat the crowds, later if you are on holiday and it is holiday time.
How is lunch handled?
We book the table, you choose the register: a gastronomic restaurant, a Provençal bistro, or a farm table. Lunch is not included in the tour price so that you keep the choice. Dietary requirements are never a problem - tell us in advance.
What language will the tour be in?
English or French by default. Spanish, Arabic and Berber are also possible - Fouad speaks all five.
Can we combine this with another tour over two days?
Often the best plan. The second day is quoted at a reduced rate.
What happens if the weather turns?
The day shifts without losing its character. We only cancel for genuinely unsafe mountain or sea conditions, and then we reschedule or refund.
How and when do we pay?
You receive a written proposal with a firm price for your group. No deposit is required to hold a date more than a week out. Payment on the day, by card or in cash.
