Travel insurance

Travel insurance coverage is not included in the cost of our trips and is not offered by our company. It is mandatory that all guests hold their own travel insurance, covering personal injury, medical treatment, repatriation and evacuation expenses. We also recommend cover for personal property and trip cancellation.

Cancellation policy - Morocco journeys

For cancellations made on or before 90 days prior to departure, the deposit and any trip payments are reimbursed by bank wire, in full, minus a cancellation fee of 300 euros. For cancellations 90 days or less prior to departure, charges of 100% of the total trip price apply.

This policy applies without exception, including adverse weather, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, illness, personal, family or medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation and interruption cover.

If two people book a room together and one cancels for any reason, France Azur Experience reserves the right to fill the space with another guest unless the remaining guest chooses to pay the single-supplement fee. We provide a full refund of deposited funds, minus bank fees, if the minimum of 6 guests is not reached.

Changes to itineraries and programme

France Azur Experience reserves the right to make necessary changes in fees, departure cities, itinerary sequence, trip direction, hotels, optional excursions and activities where these become necessary for any reason. We may cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen operational difficulties, natural or man-made disasters, terrorist attacks, or for any other necessary or unforeseen reason.

Day tours on the Riviera

Day tours are quoted per group and confirmed by written proposal. No deposit is required to hold a date. Payment is taken on the day, by card or in cash. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour.
